Here is what's crucial:
The state of your body determines your emotional and mental state. When your body is in fight-or-flight, your mind will generate anxious thoughts to match. When your body is calm and grounded, your mind naturally becomes clearer and more peaceful. This means: You can change your mental and emotional state by changing the state of your body. Over the next six weeks, you will discover how to reconnect with the essential areas of deep wisdom in your body - not only to release long-held blocks and traumas that may be hijacking your joy, creativity, and true vitality, but also to liberate more of your intuition and personal power. During our time together, we're going to explore movement not as something you force your body to do, but as a conversation, a dialogue between your conscious mind and the wisdom that already lives in your body. This isn't about perfecting your movements or getting all the steps right. It;s also not about pushing through pain. This is about remembering that your body is designed to move, heal, and feel good.

EMBODIED is a 6-week journey that blends the joyful movement practice of Nia with simple awareness tools to reconnect you with your body's wisdom so you can experience more vitality and joy. Whether you want to release stress, improve strength and flexibility, or simply feel more alive, this program gives you a safe, supportive space to explore movement at your own pace.
